What is a Marquise Cut Diamond?
A marquise cut diamond (a forever Marrow favorite) is characterized by its elongated oval shape and pointed ends. Oftentimes referred to as the navette cut (French for “little boat”), a marquise cut usually features 58 facets — providing *plenty* of brilliance and sparkle.
Aside from its unique yet classic shape, marquise diamonds can provide more finger coverage compared to other diamond shapes with similar carat weights. Plus, its shape can also create the illusion of longer, more slender fingers!
