Jillian’s Notes
I discovered this lot of cabochon Montana sapphires two years ago from one of my favorite treasure hunting stone dealers. I was attracted to the parcel immediately because they reminded me of river rocks that are made smooth over millennia of water running over them. I created four rings from that parcel of varying stone colors and sizes and the final design is meant to invoke the feeling of looking at the bottom of a crystal clear river bed.
