We love the hunt for the perfect stone. Every stone comes from our own internal QA team or fully vetted, trusted partners, whether lab-grown or natural. At this time, we only work with heirloom stones or stones we source ourselves.

We stand behind the integrity of every piece we craft. For full peace of mind, we recommend adding your jewelry to a homeowner's, renter's, or personal insurance policy, so it's protected against loss, damage, or theft.

Melee diamonds (2mm and smaller) are covered for the first six months and replaced at no cost. Should the piece itself sustain damage, such as a missing prong, we'll replace the affected stones at cost. Other gemstones, including emeralds, opals, and sunstones, can be replaced at cost plus shipping; these stones are naturally more delicate, so we recommend care in how they're worn.

Should a repair ever be needed, simply ship your piece to us fully insured and we'll return it the same way. Center stones fall outside our warranty, so we always recommend insuring your piece separately.

We also partner with a trusted local appraiser, so your piece is properly valued whenever you need it.

Domestic orders ship fully insured via FedEx, with a signature required on delivery, so keep that in mind when entering your shipping details. If you're local, we're always happy to arrange a showroom pickup instead.

International orders ship via DHL Overnight (where available), fully insured. Please note that any taxes or duties applied by your country are the customer's responsibility.
